1. Are there order minimums?
Yes, Layers Cupcakes are ordered in increments of a dozen per flavor.
2. How far in advance do I have to place my order?
We like to have at 3 days to process orders of 3 dozen or less. We try our best to accommodate rush orders. If
you are placing an order with less than a 3 day notice, we ask that you give us a call.
3. Can you personalize or decorate my cupcakes?
While cupcakes are too small for major customization or writing, you do have options to personalize your
cupcakes. At a small extra charge we can add a monogrammed cookie, fondant flowers, or fondant dots in our
signature colors.
4. What are your prices for decorations?
• Monogrammed Cookies -- $3 each
• Fondant Flowers -- $2/dozen
• Fondant Dots -- $2/dozen
5. Do you do large events?
Layers Cupcakes is glad to help with your events and designing a customer dessert table or cupcake flavor for
your wedding, anniversary, birthday, etc. Large order sales can be discussed by calling us at 310.916.3655 or send

6. Do you have corporate accounts?
We have a two programs designed for corporate customers:
• Perpetual Giving -- Give us the birthdays, anniversaries, or other special dates along with the delivery
information of your special clients. Layers will deliver one dozen cupcakes with a customized message from your
company. Please note, dates that fall on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the closest business day
before the date.
• Mug of Chocolate -- Give Layers Cupcakes a mug with your Corporate Logo. We will bake our Hot
Chocolate, Mexican Hot Chocolate, or an Espresso cake into the mug an wrap it as a gift for your clients. ; Great
gifts to celebrate new relationships and holidays.
7. What are my payment options?
Layers Cupcakes accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to
order with Layers Cupcakes. We just use them as a secure payment option for our clients. For corporate clients
we can bill against a PO. Payment Terms are Net 15. We also have a Pay on Delivery option with a deposit of
Credit Card Information. There will be a $25 dollar charge for orders where delivery is not accepted.
